    Anyone know what the road to the Kai Iwi Lakes is like (for trike and trailer)...any gravel or huge bumpy bits?

    Sealed all the way to the lakes.

    Was a great ride! No dogs allowed at the lakes or the big tree - did the loop through Kaikohe and was a beaut day
