That's a shock. He was a great guitarist, saw him at the Town and Country Club when he released his Blues album in 90/91 and then at Hammersmith Odean. Played both those albums in the last couple of weeks.... Phil and him can do parisianne walkways again. RIP.
Yeah...worst news for ages.....arguably the best white blues guitarist there has ever been.......everytime i saw him turn up at a blues festival or whatever he seemed to blow the others away.........so fast and clear in his playing ..and loud.....
