Familiar shade of yellow.... http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Mo...-353419493.htm
Funny you should say clearout. I am going to have a big sell off of all the things that have reached my personal statute of limitations. In other words all that stuff I'm not going to get around to doing up. Now all I have to do is dig it all out and list it...mission.
I'm disposing of a BMW R1100RS that has been squatting in the back of the workshop. I found a Manx tank I had forgotten about in the loft above the workshop but I'll hang on to that.
Guilty yer honna. House sale and move semi-imiminent and to be honest I'm preferring to ride the Peril rather than sit in the garage a-fettlin'.
Want to catch up at the Deuz cafe one day?
I could be keen on that too, it's only 100km of motorway...and cmoore is just down the road and we know how he loves his fancy pants coffee's
Went past there today and thought it was about time I honoured them with my humble presence. Wot about this Friday?
Pencil me in.....as I never know from one day to the next what IBM want..... We can spend all your SL125 profits on Coffee and T shirts.
I can't do Deus this Friday but you chaps enjoy I have the 'other' BFTP Friday lunch to go to Anyone else in Puke on Friday is welcome to come along... Pukeko Cafe 11.30 Talk shit, drink Italian coffee, but don't mention ze war, it's all good...
where in puke is the other lunch as I would rather travel more than 10 km on friday
Pukeko Cafe is on the left at the main Manakau Rd roundabout after the brick Counties Hunting and Fishing shop as you come into Puke from SH1. Turn left like your heading to the track and it is 30m from the roundabout. Real flash looking place but with good prices, well better than the other place we used to meet up at.
I have the 'other' BFTP Friday lunch to go to I'd like to be one of the thousands of flys on the wall for that.... " Mein Gott...Vot vas Du Tinking"
I'm going to have to pass on Deuz yet again.....bloody corporates and their meetings.....
dam work wanting more out of me I did have friday off now I dont....... will try for deuz for lunch
I sometimes have clearouts - these are huge events with a carnival atmosphere and free giveaways. One time a guy had 12 Briggs & Stratton engines in his car and 4 mower bodies on the roof....and asked if I had anymore! ''Hang on a minute, could you use an Iron Horse too?'' People were running off with bikes and stashing them in the bushes so they could come back and get them later.A mate of mine still has a stack of tyres higher than me (1.2 metres) that I stored with him 25 years ago.Last time was when I moved out of my workshop - I just left all the crap there....
