I'd be keen to go, but I've got a prior commitment. I've been a member for a year or so, but haven't been to a single meeting yet. I had vague thoughts of going to the Hamilton Swap Meet this coming Sunday, but just can't get excited about competing with the street race traffic.

I have never actually seen organisation like it. Even going through Taupiri the signs are up for parking and evryone herded to fields etc and bused into the races. I went down Victoria Street on the first year of it running (the biggest crowd by 30 odd thousand) and there was a quarter of the usual traffic and traffic parks for Africa. Unbelievable!! Yeah dodgeyiti send me a pm or reminder re the next classic meeting, I wouldnt mind a looksee
Will do Murray BTW- have you looked up the fork oil weight and mls for your bike yet? If Murray say's it's ok for the swap meet- is anyone keen to go in there for it??? I know the last few times it has been a bit naff but now I has a rusty old pommy thing there will be rusty old pommy stuff there, maybe if I gets my sh*t together I can bring down a car load of rusty old spick sh*t...
my son is going to the races this weekend....thinks he will find a bed in Hams at this stage........kids!!.........
