    NZCMRR 2013 Championship Round 2
    NZPCRA 2013 Paul Dobbs Memorial Series Round 1
    Saturday 20th & Sunday 21st April 2013
    The 3.3km track (track 1) - entrance off Broadlands Road

    MNZ PERMIT No 14289

    An entry form for the above two day meeting is enclosed. Acceptances will NOT be mailed out. Upon arrival, bring your competition licence and club membership card to sign on, collect your machine examination card. Take your card with your riding gear and helmet to gear check. Take your card with you to machine examination, which will be from 7.30am to 9.00am as detailed below in the supplementary regulations. Camping is permitted at the old circuit over Saturday night. Pit garages are for hire, please contact Taupo Motorsport Park direct on (07) 376 5033.

    Classes are as follows, but not necessarily in this order. Solo machine classes may be combined, depending upon entry numbers.

    •351-500 Clubmans, Factory, Modified & Post Classic
    •Vintage / Pre War / 250 Clubmans, Modified & Post Classic.
    •501-Open Modified & Open Post Classic
    •251-350 Clubmans, Factory, Modified & Post Classic and 250 Factory
    •Sidecars, Classic & Post Classic.
    •NZPCRA Junior, Including Pre 72, Pre 82, Pre 89 F2 & F3.
    •NZPCRA Senior, Including Pre 72, Pre 82, Pre 89 F1.
    •Track Parade.
    Saturday will feature Practice, 2 rounds of racing and track parades, followed by a BBQ and NZPCRA Paul Dobbs Memorial 2012 Prizegiving.

    Sunday will feature 3 rounds of racing, track parades, and combined NZCMRR & NZPCRA scratch races (time permitting).

    Track Parade Entry Requirements for Current Members.
    1.Enter online, as per normal race entries. There is no additional cost to enter a track parade machine if you are also entering a racing machine.
    2.Riders must hold a current MNZ Competition License.
    3.Machines and riders must pass machine and riding gear examination. A single front number board is required. If you are entering a second machine in the Track Parade, use your existing race number. If you do not have a race number, email race@nzcmrr.com and a number will be allocated to you.
    4.Riders who are competing in race events on the day can enter the Track Parade on a machine they have not entered in a race event on the day.
    5.Riders who are competing in race events can lend their race machine to a non-racing rider to enter the Track Parade.
    Track Parade Entry Requirements for Non Members.
    1.To give potential new members the opportunity to experience an NZCMRR Race Meeting, a ONE TIME ONLY non member Track Parade entry is available, with the following requirements.
    2.Entries will be accepted on the day.
    3.Entries will be accepted at the discretion of The Clerk of The Course.
    4.Riders must purchase an MNZ Day License.
    5.Entry cost will be $120 for a 2 day meeting.
    6.Machines and riders must pass machine and riding gear examination.
    7.Riders must have proof of membership of an MNZ affiliated club, or complete a membership application form for the NZCMRR.
    SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS
    ORGANISER
    The meeting is organised by the New Zealand Classic Motorcycle Racing Register Inc. under a Motorcycling New Zealand permit.

    RULES
    The meeting will be conducted under the Manual of Motorcycle Sport of MNZ, the Technical Rules pertaining to the Classic Register and these supplementary Regulations.

    ENTRIES
    Entry fees are $175.00 for Seniors, under 18's free. Non-member Introductory Track Parade entry $120.00 Entries close Friday 12th April 2012 at 5:00pm. Late entries may be accepted at the discretion of the race secretary, but will incur a $50.00 late entry fee.

    LICENCE
    MNZ competition licence compulsory. No Competition licence - no ride.

    CLUB MEMBERSHIP
    Membership of an MNZ affiliated club is compulsory. No proof - no ride.

    TIMING
    Sign-on and scrutineering is from 7:30am until 9.00am. Riders briefing at 9:00am and practice starts at 9.30am.

    NOISE EMISSION
    Circuit noise regulations as provided for under Rule 10-6-3. All machines are to be effectively silenced so as not to exceed 95dB(A) "ride by" measured by the official meter mounted 30m from the track centre line. Machines registering consistently in excess of the limit will be brought to the attention of the officials for action to be taken as follows: Exceeding 95 but not exceeding 98dB(A): On the first offence during the meeting the rider will be warned that this has occurred and instructed to rectify the situation. For second and subsequent infringements the machine will be black flagged from the race or practice without further warning. Exceeding 98dB(A): The machine will be black flagged from the race or practice without warning. If circumstances don't allow the machine to be black flagged, the competitor may be excluded from the results of that practice or race. During the course of the event the club will endeavour to post lists of machines and their noise readings to assist competitors efforts in complying with these limits.

    REFUNDS
    Prior to the meeting, any entrant will be given a refund on his/her entry fee if for any reason attendance over the weekend is not possible. Notification is required in writing to the Race Secretary by the 19th April 2013 at 5:00pm.

    ANIMALS
    No dogs or pets are allowed at the meeting. - No Exceptions.

    Fixed the flatty on the R90....for some reason it throws its toys at Taupo.....full track was ....er interesting on the R90...

    Re Triumph update: is it true that there are now three of them? Is Trustme cloning them now?

    It goes but it is wet sumping , there is no oil going back to the tank . Checking the oil pump etc tonight. Yes the pump is piped up right .

    Bugger cloning it , that would be 3 times the head aches.

    Any Triumph I have had anything to do with has had an external sump in the form of a garage floor. Saves the effort in pumping it back around the engine.
