So this winter I am fixing up my bike for up and coming trackdays. I also want to be in peak condition, any tips?

Hard to say without some background info Evo1132... I've found loosing 40kg, gaining; endurance fitness, better balance and strength to be very helpful to how i go on a bike. Ya don't want to go loosing weight if you're already in shape tho so don't go chopping off yer spare leg etc!
