Both very nice, for value I'd go with the XJ but for a point of differenec class wise, I'd go with the 750

There is a reason the babyMax is rare, no one wanted the baby when they could have the beast, and why wouldn't you have the full hp model. I would guess the baby would not actually be much lighter than the big one anyway. It is very tidy looking. But not really collectable or have the resale the big brother will fetch in a a few more years.

The XJ is pretty complete, I was surprised to still see the belly pan on it, they usually get beat up and fall off. Plus 52,000 is nothing for that motor if it's been treated right. I had the 750 and swear by it's reliability and quality. Plus you can go look at it in person, which is important.

it is a simple male thought process really.....a bit like...i going out for a quick drink.....you would never say...Im going out...won't be home.....would you?....so buy the bike for good sound reasons.....and get the same shit as if you had asked before....makes sense to me...

You know what's even worse than that?
My long suffering (who will probably read this) encourages me!
Yeah, something along the lines of "Are you going to have a bid on that bike on your Watchlist or not?"
And I'm like- "Well, I don't know if I can afford it"
And she is like- "You can, you always seem to"
