So Putting the mount and caliper didn't work. Not sure how they had it set up before but it looks like it is a different caliper altogether to what I have. Going to find out what forks they are exactly and get the right caliper for them. OR, draw up my own outline for a mount and make it myself.

i think you will be pushing shit up hill or spending lots of money finding the right one. all it needs is a 8mm steel plate cut to the correct shape. I'll give you a hand in the weekend ?? i'll dig up some steel as well if you need it.
make a card board template and get a metal blade for your jig saw or rip saw and a can of crc/wd40 or oil to keep it cold and cut it slowly. file and drill. simple as.

lol, I read this after the other post about your finds in your shed. Keen as for the carb and barrel!! I'll try and get a grinder before the week end too. I've got a drill, and can get wd40 no probs. It's the steel I'll struggle with. Do you recon we can make one this week end?? I've got a cheap jig saw and a couple of metal blades.

no worries. make a card board template first. put the caliper on the disk and sort out what is needed to full the gap. the bolt holes will prob need to be 8mm with about 5mm clearance of steel around the outside... easy. forks supprise me, but i guess yamaha swap forks around their models. being fzr is a yamaha...
