looking through the shed i found a larger carb (28mm).. and a half ported ax100 standard barrell.. nice so you have a spare if needed.
I should also be able to calculate the port durations and develop a pipe template for you. from my prelim quess work, the yz pipe will only need some mods to the front taper & straighting.
so I'm guessing you are gong to learn how to roll metal.

Sweet bro!! Tried putting the front end of your rg on mine tonight but the head stem is about 15mm to short damn it. Thought it might have been a solution till I get the mount made for the front of mine. Will draw up a template for a mount tomorrow night. Aimee is away for a week from tomorrow so I'll have plenty of garage time.

Bro I made a new seat for my bucky! My new neighbour is a chippy and he drew a lil pic for me to build, and he bought over his electric planer. Used the mounts from the spare seat for the front of it and made a new bracket for the rear, Bogged up the imperfections of the timber tonight which will be ready to sand down tomorrow night. Then a primer coat and some colour. Still not sure what colour to paint it. I was thinking just all black, but now maybe orange?!

And fixed the front brakes and now they really are mint (at stopping that is). I've left the front mount we made as is for now. I don't want to take it one and off too much for now. I'll wait till the end of the season and shape it again then. I've put nylec nuts on the back of the mount bolts too. I reset the rear brake as well and re-bent the foot lever to give it more action.

I made a paddock stand today too. Again the neighbor drew a sketch and I made it up. Glad I did, saves having to sit it on that bloody plastic plant pot

And took off the stickers from the tank and bogged the dents. Not really many, mostly just the grove from where the Suzuki sign attached to the tank. Might just be primer colour for the first race, unless I make up my mind before the week end!

How's yours coming along? You done any more yet? I'll do a mish up to palmy soon and bring the rg back up, and your tools. And I might buy that Kx 80 carb which is in Palmy too so I could pick it up at the same time.

I'll put some photos up tomorrow for you to show you the new race positioning seat
