I tend to buy Bike Rider each month.....but i find it just doesn't always hit the spot re my kinda biking, anyone else into bike mags? what do ya read?
BRM, Classic Bikes, Motorcycle Trader, Kiwi Rider, Rapid, Road Rider, Two wheels and others can't tink of off top of my head
geez mate.....thats a lot of mags...
Superbike, Just Bikes, Fast Bikes, Old Bike and Motor cycle News are a few more, but generally only BRM, Motorcycle Trader and Kiwi Rider most or every month with Rapid and Classic Bikes maybe 4 or 5 times a year and others rating around 2 or 3 times a year. I have a few Motorcycle encyclopedias and such as well
I used to buy Classic Bike regularly, I have from # 1 to early 2000's then I lost interest, tried to get into Kiwi Biker....but I care not for modern bikes.
I like Classic Motorcycle Mechanics and so should most of you guys as they are mad keen on the same type of classics as I see on the rides. And I buy Two Wheels because it's a good value for money read also, I need my Superbike and Moto GP news and like to keep an eye on developments and gizmo's. I flat out laugh at the dorks in Classic Bike 'test riding' in period riding gear. Ya don't have to cut safety for image especially with those brakes! Sometimes I get the UK Streetfighter mag, custom bikes and scruffy pommie slappers.. mmmmm Edit: CMM is a bit tricky to get, most larger Whitcoulls have it or I tend to go to Magazino (sp?) in Ponsonby because they have heaps of bike mags from all over.
Magnation has it on queen st........i have only looked at the on line copies...actually you can get it on line if you want..

i subscribe to Bikerider magazine and also cycleworld magazine from the states both top quality mags in my opinion. cycleworld mag had a special and i picked up a two year sub for about nzd$30 i think it was
