looks like your pegs need to go down and back a little. but I think it is really an issue, the current setup really requires you to get your butt off the seat and knees down; at the moment you is sitting planted like a road rider not a racer... looks like you are sitting quite high, but that is the nature of things i think you do look a little cramped, what did it feel like?? seat placement looks about right, it is a small bike and you don't want to be too close to the center line of the rear wheel (or you will loose all control of your front wheel mid corner = low siding...). ideally you want to have your center of mass half way between the rear axel and the swing arm pivot, with a weight disturbution of about 60% front 40% rear. sometimes dropping your bars a bit more can acheive this (but not to much 10mm max from current position). all for now, I'll try and find a link to bike setup.. Put some small cable ties about the fork sliders (the shiney parts) on your front forks, to see far they are compressing under braking. they are off a much heavier bike and may need (will need) adjusting.

Something for all of you guys to think about. With the easter meeting being a MNZ affair, when each bike crashed they were re checked by the MNZ dude, he pulled up nearly everyone that has clipons or upside down bars (FXR mainly). where when the bars were pulled left/right to the stop; they required enough room/gap (at lease one & half inch) between the bars and the tank/frame, to enable the rider to get their hand out.... There dosn't seem to be an actual MNZ rule for this bike setup anymore (but there use to be). so have a play with your bars / tank space. if you don't have enough room then here is a couple of suggestions: 1. move your bars out wider. 2. weld up the stopping plate so they can't go back as far (I used one m8 nut welded on each side to achieve this). I would also suggest that you make some attempt to read the MNZ requirements (the following is a must): http://www.motorcyclingnz.co.nz/down..._Technical.pdf http://www.motorcyclingnz.co.nz/down..._Miniature.pdf
