Pakuranga- Kawakawa Bay - Miranda Meet: Shell Westgate 9.30 to Pakuranga Meet: Pakuranga White Horse Tavern 10am leave 10.15am Short Sunday fang. Trial for the BFTP Picnic Run, have to check pub for food selection to suit all BFTP (and most importantly partners) requirements. Not sure if there are any vego meal options at the pub for this run. Need to find out for sure, or find alternative food place and book if it's required or sensible to do so. (yes I could just phone them up, but where's the fun in that?) If the weather is nice we can pootle further along the coast to Miranda and make it a loop. Also if I get a chance to fix the oil vomiting on my Mk1 before Sunday, I can shake it down on that run. Any takers? Not too fussed on period bikes, always nice but if your's is not a runner and you have to bring a modern bike then so be it.

? to participate in this ride are we required to - Turn up in full costume including bonette? - Turn up just wearing a bonnet? - Bring a photo of a bonette? - Only bikes with bonettes can attend? - or is this a bonette run (bit like a Teddy Bear Run) to raise funds for the......Bonette sufferers???
