I'm yet to conquer this beast that traverses the Kaimai Ranges. Last time ended in a tragic accident that spelt the end of my mountain bike. This time I plan to complete it with the aid of Kawasaki. Do I have any takers? Things to expect: Mud. Large Puddles. Mud. Bad Weather. Mud. Hot Pools at the end of it. About 1.5 hours to get to the track start, about 2-3 hours to complete it (I think), then about 2 hours to get back to Auckland. Sounds like the perfect day out? Dates tbc. Map of Track Start
