    Group rides frequently tend to be of longer duration so please pay attention to your food and water requirements. Some points to consider:

    Large meals draw blood to the digestive system causing a degree of tiredness and lethargy for a while.
    See croc, they were not stiffing you out of a feed, they were saving your bloody life man!

    I've had heaps to say about the ride guide and what it means on the main KB thread, I'm going to leave what you guys have done alone asn I thinknit's the right approach for us here at BFTP.
