I hate to say it; buy one mate. Preferably a quality one from an engineering shop not Mitre10 or any cheapo China type either. I stuffed around for ages trying to make one using my Dremmel and it was failure after failure even though I can fine tune the rpm on it. Make sure you do that stuff outside eh? mask and glasses because it will be dusty and toxic but 10 X faster.
outside???.....but then no one would get wire peices in their feet....i just had a look at them in bunnings...$15.00 each.....i'll hand sand the front wheel.....no worries
