Riding Lesson No 1

No scratches were added to bike

    Nothing was run over

No one had to jump out of way of mad woman on bike

Having never ridden a bike before it was interesting LOL after being told about clutch, brakes, throttle I was ready to go but alas I realised I could kangaroo hop it down the footpath and stall it. Take 2 was a bit better and by take 3 I was much better and had learnt how to let clutch out slooooowly. By this time I was really enjoying myself with poor Mr JMK running up and down the path so he could turn bike around for me (Mr JMK is on a compulsory get fit/lose weight for summer regime )

And I am now ready for tomorrows lesson 2

keep it up...it's just like riding a bike....try a shopping carpark....somewhere you can go around and around without stopping.....actually that reminds me of teaching people to windsurf....sometimes once they got up they just kept going and going and going.....sometimes i even went and got them back!!...
