Good ride today, Middle rd. elsethorpe, tukituki, clifton(as haumoana pub not open) then back tukituki to HN. Spent the rest of day doing domestic stuff. Back to work tomorro ;-(
was good, I really have to get some confidence up on those twistys. But a good ride all in all. Del enjoyed the hawkes bay roads too.
Its a good loop the Middle Elsethorpe road, better when the pub at haumoana is open lol. That Cliftin cafe/resatarunt one is a bit trendy, expensive too. I dont think motorcyclist are there target customers. Del looked a bit happier when we found the noise in his bike was just a little exhaust leak and not the engine. Good job for you two tomorro Did you go up the peak after you left my place?
yeah i did that clifton was a bit that way. but. i was thirsty. Nope, we made a bee line for home, the wind just wasnt much fun on this side either.
