''I remember you well in the Chelsea Hotel,
you were talking so brave and so sweet,
giving me head on the unmade bed,
while the limousines wait in the street.
Those were the reasons and that was New York,
we were running for the money and the flesh.
And that was called love for the workers in song
probably still is for those of them left.
Ah but you got away, didn't you babe,
you just turned your back on the crowd,
you got away, I never once heard you say,
    I need you, I don't need you,
    I need you, I don't need you
and all of that jiving around.''

I got the picture from Faces of Death website, they were doing a retrospective, then I noticed the R90S outside, sans it's fairing and thought "Max musta been there on his OE"

We have another R65 in the family, my good mate Farmer Peter bought the LS that was on TM last week. What a nice wee bike it is too. $2,500 was a good deal for a stocker with bags and sub 60,000km.
He might bring it to the classics if he does not take one of hie Guzzis.... it's my fault for going to see him on my R100 and tearing up his gravel farm tracks, after that he started looking around for one, I told him to look for a 650 as he wanted to dustbust the local Northland gravel... one thing led to another and now he is siding with Ze Germans
