The latest classic bike magazine has so much on bikes owned by the BFTP crew. It's a 2 for 1 issue so good value. There is a big write up of the 79 GS thou Vs Kwaka Z thou, a Honda and the mighty 78 XS1100 Oh and racing an XS1100, rebuilding a Trumpy 500 (wonder who is doing that?) and the reason I bought it; Moto Guzzi 500cc Twins And thats just the first magazine, the other one has other stuff too.
Is that Classic Bikes or Classic Motorcycle Mechanics? Cause I thought CMM was started so that Classic bikes could abandon the Jap bike articles and concentrate on articles about cleaning oil from concrete.

I'll see if my office lady will top the ones put in the office today, so i can bring one/two to the weekend.
Honda 1979 CB900FZ Sorry about that Murray.... And the other mag has the mighty (heavy) CB7fiddy And it's just the plain Classic Bike mag from pomgolia, they must have realised all the old brit bike geezers are not able to afford the magazine any more on the pension
Thanks, I'm going to get one now!!!
Damn good mag that one. That was Novembers issue. I also picked up the CB 109 classic bikes buyers guide. It has a Z1 on the cover (of course)
always wondered how old a bike has to be to be classed as a classic, whats the general age?
well if your with the register anything as long as it isn't a jap bike...i think 40 is the general age....but then the gov. define this for reg? status/cost.....and i think that is 40 as well.....
