Yeah, we weren't very organised when it comes to anticipating this event. I'd preferred to have had my bike on display with youse fulla's bikes, but I got invited to display it with another bunch instead.

This exercise has reminded me why I've never done bike shows before now. Spent a week on cleaning so far, and still not finished . . . .

Identical bike. Owned by Doug, the guy who runs Deus.

Bullsh*t, it ain't a shadow of the Headroom Express R90S

For a rider's club, there are some sweet machines on BFTP rides (except psy's rusty oil barge) and any show would be enriched with the regular crew be it from Auckland, Hammyland or further down the country.
But they arn't show ponys are they? No one has trailered a bike to a BFTP event and not got out on it, plenty been trailered home though

Ridin', Racin' & Wrenchin' are BFTP to me, oh plus a good feed and a yarn along the way

If I can get in free by showing a bike, I will because I'm a tight arse, but otherwise I would rather be riding the old busses and seeing the country out with the crew.

Umm, yeah, I'm *cough* trailering the bike to Devonport . . . . Don't hate me!

I've spent hours cleaning it, and I'd kinda like it to still be clean when the bike finally arrives at the show. I've been given a "heads-up" about the bikes it'll be keeping company with . . .

That's fine mate, it gets plenty of use anyway, must have done at least 8 BFTP rides and never missed a beat- she would love all the attention and sweet man-love being lavished on her
Stick a for sale sign on, 18K, see if you get any nibbles then go build another one:slap:
Meanwhile the Mk1 may even get a wash, or more urgently - a de-grease but I am enjoying the Ambo so I really am not sure at this time, even Seedy's Mk2 is beconing for an outing, now that bike has pattina or is that primer showing...

I did a bit of trailering today...the dirt bikes...the buckets ...the R50/5 went in style....in the back of the van.
My new " hood" are yet to experience the joys of Ducati thunder....though there is a guy down the road with a AC Cobra replica....I'm assuming its a replica as it is Mt Roskill.
