yes time flys when your watching it....NOT........i have now discovered that when the police take your licence and "suspend it"...that actually means they destroy it....so on Wednesday i am permitted to ring and request a reference number....lucky me.........and then i can call back or go to a land transport agent and order or PURCHASE a temporary drivers license which will last 21 days whilst they make my NEW licence......all of which i have to pay for....I am unclear why they have to destroy it!!!....bastards

Pricks ! thats just so they can just get your new one ready (and paid for) before you go to court, Have you got a date for that yet? Is it up to the judge about your licence after the court appearance? Hows the progress on the XJ?
i have had nothing at all re court.....and im not going to chase them!! i have finally decided what to do to the engine and the parts are ready ...just need to get them there.......next week!!

damn...knew it was to good to be true....received my court notice yesterday.....will do a bit of research re options....but will wait until last day and then most likely plead guilty....hopefully just get a fine.....couldn't take another month on the bus....
