Gl145 bucket needs a better exhaust. Some say increase the diameter of the pipe to 36mm and only have 450 mm lenght to muffler. As there are noise restrictions at Mt Welly...whats a good ( read cheap) muffler to fit on??? Try and keep the sensible answers to a minimum. need to save weight on the origiinal as I'm too heavy, chucked away anyting that doesn't contribute to speed, handling or braking!!!!
We ran 30mm on the 125 and 660 long, with a megaphone it wouldn't pass any noise tests
Put a big arse car muffler on it,Powerflow would be good.It will be so big the puny 145cc of puff will get lost but eventually find it's way out...leaving all it noise behind.A Powerflow has stuff all inside it,so are pretty light for their size.I bet within a couple of meetings everyone will have one.
