and funny you should say that psyguy.....a couple of the bearings had rings....and i am one of those that keeps everything i remove until it goes back together....and the new bearings didn't come with rings....so i went looking for the ones i removed.....can't find them....really pisses me off..........

So the elusive locator rings are still missing?

When I got the new crank/cranks for my LC's, they are 2mm wider overall (RZ cranks) and Two Stroke shop machine 0.5mm off each side so the bearings can go in 1mm overall and supply steped locator rings with a 0.5mm offset.

They can make these easy enough even with the offset so some should be easy enough to make by a engineer.

I supose you have turned your shed inside out lokking for them too
