    Greetings BFTP,
INTe Shed, i have a RG500 (now 400 after a grenading motor) and RD350LC - and some modern stuff for when I need something that will start everytime...
At the folks place, i also have some Velosolex moped projects, for something different

Welcome Geoff. A fine taste in bikes you have there - apart from the LC... Jase will be along later to welcome a fellow LC-er (and to abuse me)

Welcome to the shed, have a mug of tea, grab a bikkie and watch the fun I run a part time bike business doing restorations (mainly pre 90's Jap) and race bike building among other stuff.
I'm putting a GS550 back on road at moment, building road race outfit and will be starting on a bobber in next couple of months. I've also got a Suzi TS250 to build into a vintage mx'er.
Given you've got an LC, RDJase is bound to beat a path to your door faster than you can say :'high speed seizure '
    Where abouts are you?

Hi Geoff, Unlike everyone else here, I put petrol in and change the oil and filter, the rest is a bit of a mystery to me (although I'm a slow learner). Nevertheless I enjoy the banter and laughs. I have an 85 CBX750, not many Hondas here. Can't understand why, lol.

    Welcome, Geoff.

FWIW, the lovely Mrs Headroom owned a low mileage (4,000km) RG400 22 years ago. I thought it was a deceptively fast bike, with very good handling and brakes. Although no doubt overshadowed by some modern bikes, in my mind it remains a very competent, capable package. I recall that several friends test-rode her RG400 at the time, and all were shocked at the performance. I can only imagine what the RG500's performance would be like.

    Welcome Geoff.
Jace has been busy at Taupo track this weekend. His boy Tyler is a great little peddler. He was getting glares and lots of respect from bigger bike owners as he was harassing them through the twistees.

I have a few GS's in the stable, but only 2 road worthy at present.

Ps Taupo was a fun weekend, Was good to catch up Ian,
Tyler had fun in the medium group on his FXR,
A guy on a 600 came over and talked to him and said hes riding his "400" well, as Tyler takes off his helmet and he see's hes a 13 year old and Tylers tells him its a 150 was classic. Time for MORE POWER !
