Featherbed with a Hillman Imp engine...or Coventry Climax,same thing really.I'd say Hillman Imp by the cast in engine mount - that fitted to the rear Xmenber.I've seen Imps in Featherbeds before,so maybe a common conversion.
Ha...15 minutes too late Beemer guy...I got it first... I asked a guy a Puke if his motor was a Hillman Imp/ Coventry Climax motor and got a lecture on how they are not the same and Hillman never used them.... I thought the Stilledo had one...but hey I'm an 80's guy so what would I know...?

Yes,I can understand someone who has a Coventry Climax saying the Imp is not a Coventry Climax,they are not,they are a Hillman Imp engine.The same as saying a Ural or Chiang Triang isn't a BMW...of course they aren't,who would be so stupid.
