Yep, V for Very Deep Moneypit . . . .
I didn't buy any villas in the South of France from flogging off Guzzis in the '70s either.
Yeah, that would have kept you in Weetbix and milk if you were lucky UNNA
I did get to spend a couple of weeks in the factory and time in their private museum above the wind tunnel. I even got to sit on the V8s. Got some neat Guzzi posters and cufflinks, pens and other trinkets. But no money. Bought my '36 BMW 750 on that trip.
Now here's an investment opportunity! Naike Moto-Guzzi Dealership. Main road location. High visibility premises. Needs some work. Good local custom. 4 work bays, office space and wool press, err, shop press?
Geez...are you becoming a property developer now.....Grand Designs Niake...
I've been a property developer for nearly 20 years, and that is what they develop into (above)
Make a good BFTP hang out.....maybe a weekend working bee...... does it have power?
Yes it has power, but not as we know it Jim An acetlene generator. Well I dug up one in there, as well as a friggin' piano. WTF am I going to do with a piano? I can't even move it. Might get the sledgehammer up there and make it into more managable pieces. There is one 'good' section of it. I might demolish 2/3rds and try and make 1/3 usable. All Kauri timbers in there and a genuine 1930's wool press which I should huck out and sell. Old farmers go weak at the kness for them.. Would make a good clubhouse, it is a nice ride out there.
Hell Yes! A Consortium of BFTP Members should purchase the block!
here an even better lifestyle and you are bound to get lots of BFTP crew visting http://www.nzbizbuysell.co.nz/17736/...-sale-taranaki
