Me and number 2 son headed down on Sunday, had an awesome day even got sunburnt Heaps of BFTP bikes there. Some pics... Kevin Orr's GS1000 won both pre '82 races As usual some nice bikes were parked up, a couple of the boys favourites. Not bad taste for a 7 year old...... Like I said we had a great day, but looking at the way the road surface fell apart I suspect there may not be races there next year unless it is resurfaced.
Funny seeing 80's bikes with leg warmers....
The #27 RD350LC is my old bike, bought for $500 thrashed without mercy for two seasons, 3rd overall in the South Island series which runs over all three tracks and some other good places in other events, sold for $2500 guy screwed around on his wife and then he on sold it to a young guy down there for $500
