I hear Cmoore has bought a proper bike....We might need to start up " Retro Riders" ....we ride more than once a month coz they are runners.....
yeah yeah dodgy....Give me a chance to get used to it....well that and how to take corners properly....and yes Psyguy i was surprised to find it doesn't have self cancelling indicators....wonder why?...when i looked at the XJROC site someone had asked about replacing with self cancelling and the only response they got was "why"?.......yeah I have bought an XJR1300S.....very nice smooth ride...fat tyres....not those skinny old fashined things....I look forward to cruising in 5th gear forever....and no more ear plugs....well unless i get stuck behind that noisy norton again....
very nice smooth ride Those are ones that get moved along in Voltaire Land..... I found fat wide tyres hard work...but with 120 hp plus you gonna need all the rubber you can get.
i was expecting that sort of horse power number as well but mr moore claims only 105
you try and handle 25hp now thats real fun will I make it up that hill and do the speed limit

Um, peak horsepower is at 8000rpm and peak torque is at 6000rpm . . . . and what's with the "DOHC Fuel control"?
I hope your exhausts aren't too loud as I'll be behind you on Thruxton... Maximum Power 70PS (69bhp) at 7,250rpm • Maximum Torque 72Nm (53ft.lbf) at 5,750rpm
nah.....it is very quiet......and you won't be behind for long....
Max hp at 6,500rpm....max torque at 8,000rpm. Hmmm, now where's my calculator......
so, that's basically same specs as 1978 GS1000 kidding... ... i'd love a bike like that
