The old Gasket Specs shop but now totally rebuilt and called Gasket Cafe. Daughter is a superyacht chef with a nutrition degree so expect something different with on-site cooked & prepared food rather than bland buy-ins. The coffee being roasted is Velvet brand. I'm pushing to get bikes and racing posters in there but don't want to exclude the desperate housewives. Her decision though.There is heaps of off-street parking for bikes. If you want a roast, I do own a spit roaster. If someone has a mint Vincent they could sell maybe we could buy a sheep.
I have a feeling that your daughters cafe could become the home of a lot of secrets that can be ridden (the ones that wife /partner dont know about and need to be hidden)
That might need a building the size of Mega Mitre 10 and end up looking like the contents of that warehouse in upstate New York shown in the blog a few weeks back.
Should've left some of the gasket machines in there for atmosphere....there was some good stuff in there.
