Upgrade the switchboard to the circuit breakers (it's got those ancient fuses now) and at the same time build in 3 new circuits for the: heat pump, an additional HW cylinder, and second (new) bathroom (lights, fan, power point).
The new bathroom needs a Building Consent hence all the electrical work has to be signed off by a reg. electrician (IIRC).

the horn on my bike hasn't been working despite new wiring and two new horns installed not long ago... the horn stopped working since parking the bike at my new place. so, this confirms my conviction that the house is haunted by the electrical gremlins, does it not ??
