That was Cheapbastard. Considering the way that thread went, he probably wondered what the hell he had blundered into, thought better of it,, crept quietly out the back way and ran for his life.

Thank you for the welcome, I should have checked back quicker!

So what do I ride? Well daily transport is a 1991 GSX600F Katana (just a bit to new). On the work bench, the floor, the shelving unit and hanging off the wall is my 1984 750 Katana, pop up headlight job. All I need to do now is spend some money on it!!! It is all stripped, the tank and bodywork is painted and waiting, I now have to save up a bit more to blast and powder coat the frame, then new tyres and some bearings before it is a rolling project again. The bike is low mileage (about 38,000km) but it did end up in a ditch avoiding a van so has a few little scars to show that are being sorted as I come to them...

OK what else, I am a student (very mature) so cash is in short supply and time is limited (I work as well) so the old girl is being fixed up as I go, one day it will grace the road again,I am hoping in time for the Fat Biker bash to the South Island, will have to wait and see.
