Any of you lads involved in this! http://classicmotorcycleshow.co.nz/
Bruno might like to be exhibited... but will see if I can be bothered with the polishing needed for that...
Well now you O'rrible lot this is a great opportunity to get the old girls out and seen! So who wants to enter their bike? We could? enter as a group/club, we'd get up to 8 bikes on display and any other members bikes would be parked as close to our site as possible. They ask for 1 full time security type from each group, could not be that hard. Shall we?
I've already posted an application.
I've already posted an application. is that like with the envelope and stamp thing..... I have a laminator at work if you want me to do the FAQ's double sided A3....
Yep, snail mail complete with stamp Might need to do a bulk print . . .
It would be cool to enter as a group. If I read it correctly though Caseye - it would be THEM providing the security, no? If Caseye or someone would have the time to give them a call and find out more about the group display I'd definitely join in. Don't have the time myself... busy renovating... no, not bikes... house
I was at the Classic Motorcycle Club today, they were bemoaning the lack of turn out on runs....sound familiar? Graham Viall was there on his rather tasty Triumph T160 and gave a talk on the show he is organizing He has quite a bit of sponsorship from Japanese bike importers but very few Japanese bikes entering....but lots of English/Euro and almost no English/Euro sponsors. The event centre is 20K to hire out and they have room for 350 bikes, he can get most anything from some of the big private collections but that is a last resort. Sounds like some good prizes...$750 for the best club stand. Nice guy, had a chat to him....LED indicators make my Norton a non show bike...
classic....japanese money helps people who hate japanese bikes.....sounds like a tui ad.....
Who hates Japanese bikes? Tui makes really nice beer: yeah right
Tui do make a nice Tomato sauce though
My bike is to new to show but I would come down to watch / help.
