Has been for a couple of years, but you need to exercise caution as cars stop and wave others across as you come down the lane. You can't use the ones on the motorway.
Oh, so I AM a tuf guy breaking the law as I do use those on the m'way as well, lol The Herald (in a typical fashion of poor journalism) in its articles has not made a distinction between m'way and other bus lanes...
