howdy John.....i have some keys but upon closer inspection none of the panniers appear to be lockable......ie nowhere for the key to go!..........all the latches work although one has been replaced on one of the small black panniers with a manky galv type thing.......one of the larger panniers has been repaired at some time with a tube of araldite it would seem..........they probably don't live up to your exacting standards mate...........i have chucked some more pics on the ad for ya though
