That's just screaming out for X7 or RD engine
I've ridden one (not quite that flash) but locally made, there's a few around the country and it's all about throttle control, dial it up to fast and you go over backwards, roll off to quick and it's a faceplant, probably 30 minute to get the hang of it and be able to go down the road and back
