This kills me, but. I've got a date with a carport roof on Saturday, so, yep, no Ohura ride for me or the wife. It's her brothers roof. Na My fault, I told him I'd help and as he's helped with both of our bikes in recent times I can hardly say no. Sadly I won't make it. Coal Burner has a fully repainted tank and side covers, with a bit of fry up on me all, but about to undergo surgery to mremove the infection and should be complete by Christmas. Enjoy you guys and girls.

I needed to attend a Xmas work do Sunday Evening.............attended and saw the night out, without falling asleep.
900k's on the old BMW, thats Kilometers not keystrokes. I haven't worked out the fuel consumption but filled up at Waitara, did the gravel bit to Ohura and then up the back roads to Mangakino where I was going to fill up..... the garage is now gone. Got to Te Awamutu and it only took 13 litres.
I forgot to mention to you that there's another service station only a short distance away. If you turn right towards Tokoroa/Taupo instead of left towards Te Awamutu from the Benneydale direction, there's a G.A.S. station less than 5km down the road. They also let you use the toilet . . . .
