    My main problem with Empire Total War is that it runs through Steam.

    Such a shit program

    steam, while good in principle, is generally bad in practice

    if i wanted zero control over what i'm doing, i'd have got a console and hooked up a keyboard/mouse

    Good idea, but fails in carrying it out.

    The idea of releasing small updates etc is good though, but I hate HAVING to use it, no choice

    I finished a "short" campaign, keep going after I won, it's 1767 atm and my little red coats are all over the world!
