Had a van pull out on me today...the thing is it wasn't an "I didnt see you", it was an "I saw you but couldnt give a fuck if you crashed".

The van pulled out, I anticipated he would so managed to stop but the truck behind me was hard on the anchors, the fatty behind the wheel saw me clear as day and that is what infuriates me. I shot past him, pulled back in and then made case of point in ensuring he knew what I thought of him. I dont usually do that but this guy was a cunt. Guess what though, he was fucking pleased with himself, laughing at me. I have a family cunt face and friends and people I love who would miss me you fucking walking fat deposit, is it just me or is there a complete and utter lack for the value of others lives in this country.

Fatty kept pointing to the green light for me to go, he must have too much fat around his eyes as there was straight traffic and we were turning, so again is there a complete lack of the knowledge of road rules in this country.

He then started tailgating me and tooting his horn.

I prayed for michelin man to get out of his van and start something, I prayed I would get the chance to wedge my size 10 boot into the pudding he called his face, I was enfuriated but I managed to control it.

The red mist is what they call it innit. Anyway, next person that pulls out in front of me knowing I am there and then thinks it was jolly funny is going to get a roundhouse kick to the face through the A pillar of their car.

They should make a test, if you are too fat to look over you shoulder or check your blind corner then you cannot drive.

    grrr...I need a beer.
I have experienced quite similar events, several times.

May I suggest you realign your view of such twerps if, for no other reason than saving damage to your heart via hypertension.

Tits like the fat guy have zero ego. He's fat, ugly, probably smells bad, has a class-G labourer's job (if employed at all) and, in all respects is an utter loser who screws up something during almost every hour of his life.

I'll lay odds he didn't actually see you. That he turned then saw you. His reflex to this cock-up; as with all his other daily cock-ups would have been, 'It wasn't my fault! I......' and then the excuses for cocking up would have flowed through his meagre brain.

But he is a big, fat guy, probably used to violence; in fact violence is probably his sole solution to all predicaments facing him, hour by hour.

But such folk are essentially cowards. That you did not attempt to bring him to immediate justice would have made him presume you were a pussy. That's why he felt able to further harass you.

I have met many such fat weaklings. When you face them down they turn to apologetic jelly, filled with bluster.

You stand close to them, face-to-face, and let them bluster till they're all out of bluster and, suddenly, they see the danger you represent. Silent. Intense.

Silent, intense folk scare the shit out of cowardly blusterers. You see, the blusterer needs feed-back to establish the value of his bluster. Deny him that and you kick out his legs.

So, do you see the point here? You can turn on these dicks and show them up for what they are (but what is your profit other than your own assuaged ego) or you can see beyond that point, know you are way better and that such junk is not worth your emotional attention or your time; and certainly not your physical attention.

Me? I allow myself to blaze for a few seconds then let the fire go. I figure there are much more valuable aspects to life than getting even with a fat, dilapidated, loser. And when I don't react I know that they know that I have treated their aspirations (imagined) as being a tough-guy, with utter disdain.

And that is the biggest kick in the balls you can give any man with zero ego.
    Only 'Now' exists in reality.

Wow this guy is certainly taking a lotta flak when we don't even know the full story/story at all!

Maybe he just misjudged a gap pulling out, like thousands of other people every day. He was genuinely sorry but then the biker was the initial aggressor so the driver thought it'd be funny to give some back.

    Not hard to believe.

Well, it would've been satisfying to deck the cunt but you got to remember that he's in a ute/van and that you're on a bike.

*555 or 111 next time and say that he deliberately tried tried to run you off the road. At the heat of the moment I know how fucken hard it is to let go, but tell you what, for your safety sake, it's for the best.

Given the opportunity or as a last resort (when your life is in danger), could do with taking his mirror off but you better gap it fast cuz if he comes after you with the van as a battling ram, you're toast!

People pulling out is an everyday thing, if you don't like it, get off your bike and catch the train.
Bwahaha you've had cries about other drivers and I've already said Idont usually care or react. If Only I could direct a train through remuera, then them people pulling out in front of me will think twice.

Maybe that car on waterloo just misjudged the gap...in the end I guess not. Maybe that car that pulled a u turn in front of the couple I met just misjudged the gap, I guess that scooter rider I saw get donked off a few weeks ago just didnt mind that the driver just misjudged the gap.

Stop trying to get a reaction rob, I'm sure you have better things to do.

Why can you not answer me in terms of which way the car was going?! So we actually know what happened. Was he turning into the same lane and direction as you? Or pulling right out across your lane going the other way?

And yes I'm pretty sure they all did misjudge the gap or not see the biker, they did not purposefully crash into them, that is totally different to what you're saying here.

He was going the same direction as me, I saw him and slowed, he saw me and stopped pulling out, then just as I get up to him he then decides to pull out right in front of me then he stops *that was a wierd bit* bocking two lanes of traffic. No swerving room as a car back and to my right, with a truck on my tail. By then I've come to a stop just shy of his bumper, he takes off, I ride the bike around him and cut in front.

No question of if he saw me..he bloody well saw me.

"Keep a toy hand grenade dangling off ya handle bar... pull it off and toss it through his driver window and watch the fatty jiggle!"

Love this for a response, wonder how it'd go though if he crashed and still had your rego, better hope you wern't a licenced firearms holder cause you wouldn't be anymore!Oh and of course there would be other innocent motorists involved.Na it'd be too much response if that happened.

Dri, was this lard arse driving a marked company vehicle?
If so the most effective thing I've ever done was to ring the co, concerned and ask for the BOSS! not the wimpy manager , the boss/owner.
After taking a few minutes to explain the reason for my call the guy told me straight up, that "he was sick of this employee, this was the third call in 2 weeks".
so you see what goes around comes around, this guy got fired for being a dangereous barstard in a co vehicle, though that has other reprecussions for him and his family it at least got the prick off the road.I'm not silly, he was most likely in a car again very quickly, but I can hope that he learned something from the whole being fired for being a dangereous barstard in his past companies vehicle.
555 is another option.Usually not effewctive unless backed by by other calls or as below.
So is asking witnesses for cooberation in writing.
The bike cam sounds like the bees knees to me though.

That would depend on your interpretation of "developed"

Developed nations know a competent Police force is essential to their cause.
