Why no-one wants it I dont know...

Guess the guy who bought it at $1reserve is just making a quick buck...

Still a good buy for someone.

Though methinks i wouldnt swap a good pie for his ride, least if i chose to ride a pie at pace round a tight left hander there would be 1/2 a chance i would slide round it ok,pies at least have a degree of ground clearance and are very hard to find the point of no return on.Mr Davidsons offerings reach a point of balance amongst the sparks where no matter what god you pray to its "shoulda stayed home and had a pie" time.

It will be hard to sell any TLS while this auction is active,it had a really low reserve.

Take a stock S over one that has been dicked around with, like a factory production line change one area and watch the consequences down the line.

"The topic S" seen that on Trade me, why no one wants it this time round could be that they can see the guy only bought it couple of weeks ago and making a decent profit and putting it into a price bracket that it is not worth.

Looks rough in parts in photos, and as most know if it looks rough in digital photos heaven help the reality. There was a nice 22000 KM stock standard (apart from mufflers ) 99 TLS for $7400 ono, probably could have been had for $6700 to $7000 - making "bluey" over-priced.

    I follow the 50/50/90 rule.
Anytime I have a 50/50 chance of getting it right there is a 90% probability I will get it wrong

How dare you. seriously. I put a lot of time and money into this bike - yes cosmetically its what youd expect from a 10 year old bike, but mechanically and functionally mint.

This one hauls arse. Like sub-11-second quarter mile arse.

It hasnt been dicked around with either.

As for not being worth it, I traded it in for $6k. the listed price now is a good price.

Come back when you own a real bike.
