Yea it looks pretty crazy aye, imagine servicing it....

I was only 12, it was one of my earlier inventions, its probably around somewhere... ran off a AA battery, some sort of wire or something, and a bulb. in an acrylic casing. If you lot are impressed by that, wait till you see my next project... it's all about what happens when you mix angle grinders and rocket launchers... Oh and me and dad are putting an engine into my old couch... that's gonna be wicked cool!!!

i wud say its fairly different if you are mounting east west (conventional inline direction) as the crank is in the middle, rather than at one end like usual, so no matter where you put the gearbox, you will have bits hanging down below the crankshaft, meaning you will have to mount the whole thing higher, poor cog location etc etc. North-South, id be the same as a bmw boxer engine, but probly cud be a wee bit narrower as it does not need valves/cams etc.

I was riding my bike down the beach in otaki a few years ago and popped up to the dairy to get a can of fizzy pop and this big fat old cunt with a beard like santa and a gunt (half gut half cunt) that hung waaay over his stubbies came up to me and started asking me where he could get a single cylinder alloy motor for cheap (like the one on my bike).

He reconed he was gonna make hydrogen from water and then started blabing on about how he had made lasers that could set houses on fire and the govt had taken them off him etc etc.

He was a bit mental but a bloody genius. just goes to show you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover 'cos he really did look like shit but i recon some of his inventions may have rivalled sammi's doubleA torch

Its like a Rotary engine but with piston's mounted on the sides.... look's stupid!

Has the same motion in the crank as the Rotary.
