Question Advice on Buying Dirt Bike Needed

    hey-ya
I'm looking at buying a 2nd hand dirt squirt, to blat about the farm. Want a 4stroke, but have no idea on what's what - get this, don't get that etc.
I'm only little so height is a factor. Not a 250. Smaller.

Also, what is the difference between a dirt bike & a trail bike? Asking 'cause I don't know & don't want to be sold the wrong one.

    any comments appreciated 'guys'
    cheers

theres no difference between a dirt bike a trail bike. dirt bike is one that goes on dirt, a trail bike is one that goes on dirt trails. same way as a road bike and a sports bike are the same?
yea a crf150f or crf230f for putting around a farm.
we may just go where no ones been

Hey there you! Are you going to be going trail riding as well? If you are you should meet up with us at Woodhill. There are quite a few female riders going out there now! Went out today and met some great Kiwi Bikers, male and female. I'm pretty short and I've got a CRF250X! I've had it lowered. The reason it's great is that it's electric start, which is something a short person really needs! It also gets you out of trouble a lot more than a little bike! Mine's a 2005. I tried lots of bikes before I settled on this one! If you get a chance try heaps before buying!

If you want to get out with some girls, let me know!

Hi Midget, kind offer, but I'm in Aust.
Love to travel but couldn't explain the flight cost on the bank statement.
Sounds like fun though, I don't know any female riders of any style here.

Just looking at tearing up the paddocks a bit.
A cheapy, already have too many bikes in the garage, sneaking this one in.

LMAO! Buggar! Yeah expensive to come over here and have a ride for sure! Mind you we had someone from Wellington come to the bike park today! I guess that doesn't count! Wow you'd have some room over there and great places to ride!

lol Just sticking to the property for now. But since the fires there's no fences, so the old train track, down the the back, will prob. be fair game
