I have an 08 ZRX1200R and a 95 ZZR1100D. The ZZR is more comfortable on very long high speed runs with the full fairing. It's a little bit faster at the top end but has a power band you need to work it in to make it go.
The ZRX has a more comfortable upright riding position but no real fairing making sustained high speed a bit of a strain. Its more fun to ride and pulls like a freight train in any gear. 5th gear rollon leaves the ZZR having to cog down to 3rd to try and catch up.
I love the ZRX and will never sell it. The ZZR Id sell for the right price

I need some feedback from those of you who have owned or ridden a Kawasaki ZX12R.

It has been 3 1/2 years since I bought my last bike and I am seriously contemplatinf getting another.

I have been a fan of the big Kawasaki motorcycles since the mid 90's and my ZZR1100D, which gave me wonderful service and unfortunately was T-boned by a cage driver (I was actually doing the speed limit at the time- supprisingly for me).

    Back to the topic.

What do\did you think of this bike?
What sort of feul consumption did you get ( average riding- not thrashing it)?
    Parts and availability?

    Importantly FUN FACTOR?

    Chris
    Morning Chris,

Still haven't bought the big Ninja eh?

Drop me a PM with you're email address, it's been a long time since we last spoke!

    Adam.
