The OP may not have worded his post well, I have seen a yellow hyosung riding at pace on the welli-hutt commute in a fashion which may not end well.

If he is spotted by the 5-0 (and caught) he will get a talking to. Perhaps a reminder to the rider (if on kb) might suffice?
