Radiator flush

Hay guys after taking a second ride on my NSR it looks like the overheating problem may still exist, I have a spare radiator which I plan to install but I want to give it a flush first.
Can anyone reccomend a product that I can full the radiator with and maby let it sit for a while to clean it out? I only ask this as Id rather do the flush with out running with the radiator on the bike.

Replacing the radiator sounds like a lot of work. Have you considered giving the current one a flush in place?

Perhaps it's not the radiator itself that has the issue. A flush in place may help clean out a blockage somewhere else.

Im considering taking of the flairings for paint so the radiator removal wont be an issue, unfortunitly the bike is showing the same simptoms that my freshly rebuilt 300zx had on the weekend, the radiator can be held after a ride with out recieving 3rd digree burns, sadly the only fix for that was to remove the top tank and spend 4 hours cleaning ot the passages with a meal rod.

Maby that would be the best idea tbh as it would give me peace of mind.

ooooohhh an overheating NSR sounds expensive. Give it a radiator flush check your engine oil dipshit to see if it has coolant in it first make sure there aint leakage or cracks..

Expensive is a swearword lol, Honda hamilton checked all the fluids, at the moment it looks like a blocked core or even faulty gauge, have got a replacement rad but no point atm the bike will be completely striped soon.
