Banned from ADV.com?

I tried to log into the site today and I got this message..

You have been banned for the following reason None Date the ban will be lifted: Never

This was most disturbing.

I did have a few issues with a password re-set and asked them to change my name to NZKTM awhile ago and it was done.
I have sent them an e-mail so will have to await a reply if they do reply to me that is.
I am lost, the world is coming to an end for me...

If anyone has access to the Yo Mama on ADV, post something nice for me please as I want to come back and no reason to be banned, absolutely none. If there are any ADV members reading this please help me out and re-establish NZKTM or at least give me a good reason for this decision.....
I haven't ever posted anything derogatory, I think it must be a password issue, they have binned me thinking I am a spammer? Who knows....

Please help me.......

Oh, and as a last minute edit, I appreciate all for the help, so I will stop my sorry whining and deal with it, tahnks Triboy for the comments and EddieB for helping out. It is in the hands of ADV now.....

I got an email a little while ago telling me to write to them about a password issue. It seems I was registered twice under a different name. I wrote a nice letter back, very polite.
I said that could you please align my user name with NZKTM as I use this on the NZ site and wanted the same name for recognition etc....
Now that I think about it I bet the letter sounded like a Nigerian scam...

Well it would have to them I bet....Paranoia sets in very fast over there right?

It was polite and I signed it off kind regards etc...

Guess then I should keep it...for the time being seeing it is in a million pieces on my garage floor. The engine still purrs though, it looks like a terminator before the skin gets put on... Pretty cool skeleton though...

AND it has two nice complete headlight lenses too....

All I can do is email admin as the links take me there. I have absolutely no access after the photos of the home page, it keeps sending me to the polite little notice that I have been banned for ever and all eternity! Geez, imagine that, I cannot access Orange Crush anymore, I can feel my hands shaking already and I feel the need for a Orange fix....
