Sammikins: I ripped all the tendons across the top of my foot one New Years, ambulance tent told me to scram, walked 1km back to my car in mega high heels, drove back to auckland the next day with a big swollen foot that bruised all the colours of the rainbow. Had to go to physio twice a week for 3 months. Strap your finger and do the race. I made you a t-shirt!!![]()

So whats the deal with single riders? Just do as many laps in the given 2.5 hours? Obviously we'll have the transponder thing for the entire 2.5 hours yep?
