Im thinking every team will have one wristband 'transponder' you'll need to be geared up ready to go as you see your parnter approaching, then, swap wristband/transponder and your lap will start when you pass through the timing gate. something along those line, im sure KTMboy will confirm

Correct. These are velcro wrist bands so they will take a few seconds to change over, but then every one is in the same boat.

Ha ha. Like your style flyingCR and have been trying to feed off your (and others) excellent enthusiasm since T100. But still can't seem to kick my own arse enough to do any training, although went for a short run on Thurs night.

Was extra annoyed at self when I couldn't resist digging through T100 results looking at times of guys I've competed against before, trying to work out 'where I might have come' - IF I'd entered. Pretty keen on the idea of dead toad next month but very-vet at over 45 almost a waste of time without any training. (Trying to shame myself into action here, excuse the indulgence all)

Transponders sound excellent. Beam me up Scotty.

Cheers KTMboy. Looking forward to this.

Heh. Willing to bet your birthday cakes still don't have many candles on 'em! Without getting some decent fitness happening, body just doesn't have much endurance when past 40. After 20 years off bikes, my first GNCC I nearly bloody died, pulled off track and dropped, couldn't move for 15mins. Really got stuck into training and made a huge difference. By last round was getting results I was pretty happy with.
