    KTM 300exe

    Hey ya all,

I have been thinking about buying an 09 KTM 300exe,

Has anyone out there got one, or ridden one and have you got any thoughts or criticisms?

    Thats a question .....!

The question was a question, which normally requires an answer, not another question....
Unless you're practicing for being a politician

The must be some reason why the 300 is so popular .....
Does Chris Birch ride one <

ok, ill rephrase that for the people who didnt understand

the bike you mentioned is orange, do you consider that an issue with it or a criticism, followed by the which indicated i was poking with a stick to get a reaction simply by saying its a problem because its a ktm and not a honda.

i was going to get a new 300exc too but decided against it, the initial capital loss was just too much for me to bare lol. you can pick up an 08 300exc for between 8-10 grand, so theres a loss of 4-6 grand in just 1 year.

Great Bike, had a couple of hours on an '07 last year ...if the price is right you won't regret . Sounds better than the aweful loud farting new 4-strokes too ...we used to call them thumpers , when men were men ......

have ya found a bike then??? Kuratau??? ya got two weeks

Birch's 300 is a cheat anyway... it's a christini AWD one. I'd like to know why chris races (NZ enduro champs) on a 250 instead of a 300... maybe just to be in his preferred class. from the Cityscramble vid it looks like he did that on his AWD300?

grunty weaponous bike hazza. Go ride one and tell US what they're like. I will say that 07 or older ones are a bit dated tho... in looks and in suspension and frame. And i'll still kick your ass all day long on my 450. Not 'cos i'm an awesome rider... just 'cos of the FACT that 450s are faster than 2 strokes ha ha lol

No Chris's 3hundy is not a christini. That bike has been pulled apart and since sold. The bike he has now is a new 300exce the very same bike he did the city scrambles on. Rode the 250 at nz champs for a change. He's a huge fan of the 3hundy.

A Grunty and wepononous bike is what i need. I will try and get a ride on one. I rode a 200exe that was fun just wasn't quiet enough to scare me I'm hooping the 300 will.

I think a KB 2t vs 4t race should be organized
