    Very sorry to hear that. And I hope your FIRST crash will be your LAST crash.

    And very relieved that you have no injury.

    But please don't ever make comments like preferring to have broken a leg than damaged the bike. A broken leg can be a very serious injury - can lead to amputation, even death. Bike bits are only metal and plastic. Human bits are flesh and blood. The Biker Gods listen for such hubris and sometimes grant peoples wishes in ways that are not nice.

    Never ever wish for personal injury.
