    haahaha... Yeah its pretty bad Spike...not sure whats left..

    Right knee is missing an ACL, chipped median condoyle, partially ruptured median ligament and Meniscus, keyhole surgery for cleansing of fragments.

    Left knee had a completely torn ACL, thats been reconstructed, ruptured median meniscus..

    Everyone is more than welcome to consult me before going to a specialist...

    ah well...life goes on ae? Ive learnt to live with it...

    Taking a sickie tomo (depends on how much work I get done tonight) and will get the radiator off and take it for a pressure test. Beyond that, ill ask you knowledgable ones if you'll can spot anything wrong with the head etc...

    Did anyone hear sammi on The Rock this morning?

    She loves motorcross, denies she's butch, and is married to a 'Man'. Leah didn't sound too convinced. Was funny!

    honda power, yeh my left plastics and radiator guard were just hanging off by a couple of screws and radiator mount is broken yay....

    We will probably be out during the weekend, bit busy tho. After the waitemata ride I'm keen to go work on uphills some more and better control on downhills. Sure it's homework, but, more fun than any I got in school
